Leigh Asher has been an aesthetic nurse injector and trainer since 2003 — starting her practice the same year she received her first certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and mesotherapy. She didn't inherit a practice. She built one.

In 2014 she founded BabyFace LLC in north Scottsdale, Arizona, growing it into a nationally recognized practice with a loyal clientele who have followed her for years. Her expertise spans all FDA-approved injectables for facial rejuvenation, advanced plasma treatments for hair and skin, PDO threads, chemical peels, microneedling, Aqua Gold, and Procell microchanneling.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois and a Master's Degree in Gerontology — the study of aging — giving her a scientific foundation that informs everything she does clinically and educationally.
